What data the form collects
When you ask for a demo, you send us your name, company, current website, phone, e-mail, your message, how you prefer the call and when. Only the name and a phone or an e-mail are required.
With the request we also receive where you came from: the landing page, the referring site, the campaign (utm parameters) and the ad click identifier (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid), if there is one.
Why we use it and on which legal basis
- To contact you and prepare the demo: steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To know which ads bring requests: our legitimate interest to measure our ads (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Contact data goes to Google and Meta only if you accepted the cookies.
- Measurement and ad cookies: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the ePrivacy rules).
We do not sell your data. We make no automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
If the request does not become a project, we keep the data for at most 24 months after the last contact, then we delete it. If you become a client, we keep it for the contract and then as long as the law requires (for example, accounting law).
Who else sees the data
- Vercel: hosts the site and the form.
- Resend: sends your request to us by e-mail.
- Google (Gmail): the inbox where we receive requests.
- Amazon Web Services: receives e-mails sent to @brandops.eu addresses.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads: measure visits and ads, with cookies only if you accept.
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram): measures ads, only if you accept.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some providers (Vercel, Resend, Google, Meta, Amazon) can process data in the USA. The transfer uses the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Cookies and browser storage
When you arrive, all measurement and ad cookies are off. You turn them on with “Accept” and off at any time in , at the bottom of each page. Without consent, Google receives only signals without cookies or identifiers, used for aggregated statistics.
The full list of cookies, with their purpose and duration, is in the cookie settings panel.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data and a copy of it, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@brandops.eu. We answer within one month.
Complaints
You can complain to the data protection authority of your country, or to the Romanian authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
